Privacy Policy
PrismClip is operated by Q32 LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you use prismclip.com, our APIs, and our MCP tools. Contact support@prismclip.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
We collect the email address and authentication information needed for your account, your plan and usage records, billing references, and communications you send us. Stripe processes payment details; we store customer, subscription, and transaction references needed to manage billing.
When you upload or import content, we process recordings, audio, images, source URLs, transcripts, speaker and word timings, instructions, clip selections, captions, rendered outputs, and project settings. Server logs and operational records can include IP addresses, browser information, request identifiers, errors, and service activity.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, import and store media, transcribe recordings, find passages, analyze framing, generate and render clips, deliver downloads, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain the service. Automated analysis and generated captions can contain errors.
We use service providers for hosting, storage, rendering, authentication, email, payments, transcription, and AI processing. These include Cloudflare, Fly.io, Amazon Web Services, Stripe, Soniox, OpenAI, and Google, depending on the feature used. Processing can send relevant audio, video frames, transcripts, or instructions to these providers. Do not upload information you are not authorized to process through these services.
Connected social accounts
Social publishing connections are in development and may be available only for testing. Signing in to PrismClip and authorizing a social publishing account are separate actions. Where a connection is available, you choose the account and approve the platform permissions. We may store the connected account identifier, profile or channel information, authorization tokens, granted permissions, and publishing status to provide that connection.
YouTube connections request channel-read and video-upload access to identify authorized channels and upload the videos you select. Instagram connections request basic business-account information and content-publishing access. Facebook connections request your authorized Page list, Page information, and Page content-publishing permissions. Each authorized Page is a separate publishing destination. TikTok connections request basic profile information and permission to publish videos or transfer drafts. Platform availability and the permissions you approve determine which actions are possible. Publishing sends your selected media, captions, and post settings to that platform; the platform then handles that information under its own policies.
We use connected-account data to provide the features you authorize. We do not use Google API data for advertising or to train generalized AI models. PrismClip’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Human access to Google API data is limited to your consent, necessary security investigations, legal requirements, or permitted aggregated internal operations.
You can revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions and revoke other connections through the relevant platform’s authorized-app settings. Revoking access stops future authorized API access; it does not remove posts already published on that platform. When Meta sends us a signed deauthorization or data-deletion request, we remove the affected Facebook or Instagram connection data, credentials, and associated publishing records. Publishing rules using those connections are disabled. This leaves your source projects and media in PrismClip and posts already published on Meta available separately. You can also contact us to remove stored connection data. YouTube API features are also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement
We use cookies and similar storage for sessions, security, preferences, and referral attribution. We also record product and marketing activity to understand usage and measure campaigns. When configured, advertising measurement integrations with Google, Meta, or Reddit can receive conversion events, browser or campaign identifiers, and hashed account contact information for matching. Hashing does not make contact information anonymous. Connected social-account tokens, Google API data, and private recordings are not advertising measurement inputs.
You can control cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through the relevant provider. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or other features from working.
Sharing and visibility
We share information with service providers as needed to operate PrismClip, with destinations you authorize, when required by law, and when necessary to protect users or the service. A business transfer may involve information subject to this policy and applicable consent requirements. We do not sell your recordings or transcripts. Content you choose to publish or share can be accessible to others; review the destination and visibility before sharing.
Government requests for user information
We review the legality of government requests for user information and challenge unlawful requests. Any disclosure is limited to the minimum information necessary to comply with a lawful request. We document requests, our responses, and the legal reasoning and people involved. We publish information about requests to the extent legally permitted while protecting user privacy. As of October 20, 2026, Q32 LLC has received no government requests for PrismClip user data and has made no disclosures in response to such requests.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
We retain account and project information while needed to provide your service, maintain your projects, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. Billing, security, backup, and operational records may remain after active project data is removed where needed for those purposes.
You can delete projects using the service and request account deletion from account settings. Account deletion queues removal of your account and stored media and cancels an active managed subscription. For access, correction, export, connection-data deletion, or other privacy requests, email support@prismclip.com from your account address. We may verify your identity before processing a request. Deleting PrismClip data does not delete copies you or a social platform already hold.
Security and international processing
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, whose privacy rules may differ from those where you live.
Children and policy updates
PrismClip is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and additional consent will be requested when required.
