Terms of Service

Your account

Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials and API keys. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and integrations. Notify support@prismclip.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your recordings and outputs

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant Q32 LLC permission to host, copy, process, transcribe, analyze, transform, and deliver that content as needed to provide the features you request, including through our service providers. Publishing to a connected platform requires your authorization.

You are responsible for having the copyright, music, likeness, privacy, and other permissions needed to import, process, and publish content. A publicly accessible recording does not by itself give you permission to reuse it. You are responsible for reviewing clips, captions, framing, and generated text before relying on or publishing them. AI outputs can be inaccurate or omit context. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Acceptable use

Do not use PrismClip for unlawful content or conduct, infringement, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, malicious software, or deceptive activity. Do not access other users’ data without permission, bypass access controls or usage limits, or interfere with the service. API and MCP users remain responsible for the actions of their agents and applications.

Social connections and third-party services

Social publishing features are in development and may be restricted to testing. You must control the destination accounts you authorize and comply with each platform’s rules. You choose the media, destination, and available publication settings. If automatic publishing becomes available, enabling it authorizes the actions described in that feature’s configuration.

Platform permissions, quotas, outages, reviews, and account restrictions can affect availability or delay or prevent publication. We do not guarantee a publication time, reach, engagement, or continued third-party access. Revoke access through the platform’s settings when you no longer want a connection. Removing a connection or deleting your PrismClip account does not remove posts already published elsewhere.

Use of YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, payment providers, and other third-party services also apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

The pricing and checkout pages describe plan prices, usage allowances, and billing intervals. Paid subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Manage or cancel a subscription through account settings; your billing portal shows the applicable renewal and cancellation details. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests. Rights required by applicable law continue to apply. The Referral Program Agreement separately governs referrals.

Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy describes data handling and deletion requests. Keep copies of source material and outputs you need. You may stop using PrismClip and request deletion through account settings. We may suspend access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address violations, abuse, security issues, legal requirements, or unpaid charges.

Service availability and responsibility

We work to operate a useful service, but features can change and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free outputs. We are not responsible for losses caused by your unauthorized use of content or third-party platform decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Questions, copyright complaints, or service requests may be sent to support@prismclip.com.
